Peanut allergies are a serious concern for many customers.

   The only peanuts we use are for our Nutty Royale Cones and that item is run on an entirely separate machine.

    Our Peanut Butter Variegate, which is used for two flavors we manufacture (Vanilla Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Butter) is always run at the end of the day.  That machine, along with all others, is completely washed down and sterilized before the next day's production.
